On a scale of 1-10, I go to 11.

Kevin Hayes

Market Development Manager

Kevin is the territory manager for Kansas City, Oklahoma, and California. Although on the inside Kevin is also known as the “Chief of Positivity.” When Kevin considers what it means to be a Belconian, he thinks about how important it is to be a super team player, and to play hard but work harder. One of Kevin’s favorite Belco memories was the Christmas Costume party in 2019 when he dressed up as Jeff Spicoli from Fast Times at Ridgemont High. Kevin strongly aligns with Belco’s dream to become a world class organization within the forest products industry. He says that “having come from the world class APA-The Engineered Wood Association, I see the parallels and believe we can get there as the voice of the Trim Industry.” In his free time, Kevin enjoys cycling, hiking, kayaking, and cooking fantastic pizza. One of Kevin’s personal accomplishments was climbing Mt. Rainier at the age of 60. When asked what character he most relates to Kevin shared, “I was Eddie Haskell growing up. In adulthood I’ve chilled out to Jim Halpert, the company nice guy/pot stirrer.”
