Baxter Reimer

Market Development Manager
Baxter is the Market Development Manager for Washington State. Although within the company, he is known as the Problem Solver. Determination and perseverance are the two attributes Baxter believes are most important when he considers his role as a Belconian. Additionally, commitment is the component of the Belco playbook he most aligns to because he believes, “providing solutions to our internal and external customers is the only way we will continue to grow and succeed.” When Baxter is not problem solving for Belco, he is spending time with his wife, son, and two dogs. He also enjoys hunting deer and elk, or snowmobiling. One of Baxter’s favorite Belco memories is when a fishing trip went wrong with a potential customer. When the part of the river they intended to fish on suddenly closed, they decided to pivot and went out fishing with Bill Staley and some of his close friends on the Puget Sound. A character who Baxter finds relatable is Ricky Bobby from Talladega Nights. He says, “if you ain’t first, you’re last! He seems like a generally good guy who also just wants to go fast and have fun along the way.”
