Job Title: Finance and Operations Analyst
Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) Exemption Status: Exempt, Salaried
Reports to: Director of Finance
Summary / Objective
Belco is focused on driving wood volume sales growth and market penetration while supporting maximum revenue generation and profitability. To support this, we are looking for a Financial & Operations Reporting Analyst who is forward-thinking and eager to support our growth by leveraging technology to increase efficiency, improve real-time data accuracy in reporting, and streamline cross-departmental analytics.
The Financial & Operations Reporting Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring Belco’s data is accurate, actionable, and aligned with how the business operates. The right candidate will own the data infrastructure behind Belco’s pricing, margin, and operational decisions, working directly with leaders across finance, operations, and sales. They’ll research and maintain a continuous understanding of the broader construction, lumber, and housing markets. They will offer relevant hypotheses about margin trends, regional pricing signals, and internal production anomalies. These insights will translate into data-driven strategies that keep the Belco team ahead of the curve. The role is designed for someone who is curious, business-minded, and motivated to turn data intelligence into relevant moves.
