Bill Staley has been president and CEO of Belco since 1999, succeeding his father John Staley, who died in 1991. Bill transformed the company from commodities to a specialized focus on manufacturing exterior wood and fascia products and wholesale distributing. He sets the vision and direction of the company, including its focus on the environment and sustainability. Bill majored in communications and business at Washington State University. Spending time with his family and activities outdoors in nature are his favorite pastimes outside of work.
