While Vivian is officially known as the VP of Human Capital, her “real” title is VP of Human Possibilities, or the “Make it Possible Person.” Vivian deeply resonates with Belco’s purpose: “Belco’s success and growth are created to provide opportunities that enrich the lives of its employees and their families.” It is her mission to provide each Belco employee with opportunities to achieve their personal and career goals. When Vivian isn’t helping others achieve their dreams, she spends time in her garden, growing flowers and vegetables. If Vivian were a character, she would be Babe, a piglet who is raised by a female sheepdog, who teaches Babe to be caring while simultaneously showing her she can do anything she sets her mind to.
