Grant Reber
Market Development Manager
Grant Reber is the Texas Development Manager for Belco Forest Products, supporting dealer and builder relationships across the state with a focus on consistency, trust, and long-term growth.
Born and raised in Texas, Grant brings more than nine years of experience in sales and customer service within the building components industry. Prior to joining Belco, he spent nearly a decade with Hart Components, where he managed customer accounts, supported architectural and structural designs, prepared estimates and bids, and worked closely with engineers and customers throughout the project lifecycle.
Based in New Braunfels, Grant and his wife own and operate a local CrossFit gym, which they opened together during the COVID era. He is also a former collegiate athlete, having walked on to the football teams at Texas Tech University and Texas State University. Outside of work, Grant enjoys free diving, spearfishing, and staying active in his local community.
