Stephanie’s official title at Belco is Controller, but she’s also known as the “Master of Numbers.” When Stephanie thinks about what it means to be a Belconian, teamwork and dependability first come to mind. Commitment is the component of the playbook she most relates to because her job is to come up with new and more efficient solutions. Stephanie’s favorite Belco memory was when we finally went live with the new ERP system! When she’s not working, Stephanie enjoys running, spending time with her family, and being outside in the sunshine. Her greatest accomplishment was passing all the CPA exams before even graduating college. When Stephanie considers a character she personally relates to, Jess from New Girl is first to come to mind because she’s also a little quirky.
